Spicer started off his career with Armis Sport that he formally founded in 2015 while at Loughborough University. Holding down a full time position as an Industrial Designer at DCA Design International and running Armis full time, Spicer decided to focus solely on Armis. Soon after setting up shop, Spicer found himself completing an acquisition for his business by the world largest polo brand, La Martina in 2018. Spicer continued to run Armis and work alongside La Martina to then become Head of Product at Hexr in 2020.
